Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Supervisor based in Quezon City. The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, including preparing purchase orders and ensuring efficient procurement procedures. Key tasks include establishing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely acquisition of goods and materials. The role requires collaboration with various departments to align procurement strategies with business goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes and familiarity with Purchase Orders
• Experience in Purchase Management and Procurement
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate purchasing options and make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage vendor relationships effectively
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate or tourism industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software systems is a plus
