Role Description The Assistant Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bulacan, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role supports day-to-day operations by assisting in planning, organizing, and monitoring team activities to ensure service quality and adherence to company standards. The Assistant Supervisor helps coordinate schedules, assigns tasks, and tracks performance, providing guidance and feedback to team members. The role includes preparing basic reports, supporting implementation of policies and procedures, and assisting in resolving operational issues. The Assistant Supervisor also collaborates with other departments, supports initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, and ensures compliance with safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules, tasks, and operational priorities.
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to guide team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster collaborative work relationships.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting, documentation, and interaction with colleagues and guests.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support decision-making.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, real estate, or estate operations is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bulacan with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements, and willingness to work occasional weekends or holidays as needed.
