Assistant Store Supervisor - Robinsons Galleria South

The Assistant Store Supervisor helps ensure excellent customer service by guiding team members, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a positive in-store experience. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, assisting with visual merchandising and inventory control, and promoting products and services in line with brand standards. The role also involves preparing basic reports, supporting store initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented work environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and support for staff development.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high-quality in-store experience.
• Candidates should possess basic retail operations knowledge, including sales support, inventory handling, and merchandising practices.
• Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred; experience with technology or products is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in San Pedro on a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
