Assistant Senior Stage Manager

Job responsibilities:

. Assist in recruiting, coordinating, and managing performing artists.

. Prepare and coordinate rehearsal schedules, performance rosters, and stage operations.

. Supervise backstage activities to ensure smooth performances.

. Monitor performers attendance, performance quality, and work progress.

. Coordinate with technical crews on lighting, sound, costumes, and stage requirements.

. Ensure compliance with safety procedures during rehearsals and live performances.

. Liaise with artists, performers, and management regarding performance arrangements.

. Conduct market research to identify entertainment trends and improve business opportunities.

. Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing activities.

. Prepare reports and recommend improvements to stage operations.
