Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- . Assist in recruiting, coordinating, and managing performing artists.
- . Prepare and coordinate rehearsal schedules, performance rosters, and stage operations.
- . Supervise backstage activities to ensure smooth performances.
- . Monitor performers attendance, performance quality, and work progress.
- . Coordinate with technical crews on lighting, sound, costumes, and stage requirements.
- . Ensure compliance with safety procedures during rehearsals and live performances.
- . Liaise with artists, performers, and management regarding performance arrangements.
- . Conduct market research to identify entertainment trends and improve business opportunities.
- . Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing activities.
