JOB SUMMARY
- The Assistant Sales Manager will recruit, lead and manage Real Estate Brokers & Brokerages to produce sales regularly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To recruit, lead and manage Real Estate Brokers & Brokerages to produce sales regularly.
- To ensure that given sales targets are achieved.
- To develop brokers and realty groups from being Seasonal to Part-time and eventually to a Partner Broker in terms of sales production.
- Nurture and maintain a good working & personal relationship with the brokers and his/her sales agents
- Generate and submit reports on sales performance & activities; update management on a regular basis regarding his/her network.
- Handle other tasks and/or projects that are in-line with the overall job function and direction of Team to achieve sales targets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must be a graduate of any four-year course or its equivalent from a reputable college or university;
- At least 1-2 years of experience related to sales and customer service and in a leadership role from a reputable property developer, real estate or contractor;
- Must be focused, driven, and a team player;
- Can work under pressure;
- With acceptable oral and written communication skills;
- With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate.
