Assistant Sales Manager (Marine & Offshore)

Overview:

• Industry: Marine & Offshore Engineering
• Location: Changi Road
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (Weekends off)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, secure new clients, and manage existing relationships across shipowners and contractors

• Prepare sales proposals, deliver presentations, and handle contract negotiations/tenders

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless delivery

• Track market trends, fulfill sales KPIs, and provide regular performance reports

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field

• 3+ years of sales experience in the marine & offshore sector

• Technical product/service knowledge with hands-on experience handling tenders

• Strong regional market awareness (SEA) and local industry network

• Driven, independent, with solid communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel when required
