Job Description Summary:
The primary role of the Assistant Sales Manager are:
a) Generate sales leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of target Strategic accounts.
b) Meet New Business targets in terms of new accounts generated and revenues produced.
c) Oversee and monitor the merchant accounts assigned to him/her, cultivating existing relationships with the aim of securing revenue growth and bringing in new strategic accounts into the portfolio.
The principal function is to increase the market share and profitability of his/her given portfolio as well as those in the assigned districts through relationship management.
The jobholder is required to actively monitor the services and develop relationships with these merchants and maximize new business and cross-sell opportunities and to deepen the merchant relationship with company
Experience/Knowledge Requirements
• College graduate. Business, Management or Marketing discipline will be an asset
• 2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferably in credit card related businesses
• He/she should be willing and eager to work closely with the customers to identify and develop their payment processing capabilities, leading to early identification of opportunities for company and better service for customers
• He/she should have a proven record in customer facing service conditions and have dealt with demanding and difficult customers
• Very good English and Filipino communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City and willing to travel as needed
