Job Description

Summary: The role will be solely responsible for growing our client base. This position will be at the front of the company and will require dedication to create and apply an effective sales and marketing strategy. The goal of this job is to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, targets, and budgets.
  • Research and identify market opportunities locally and internationally.
  • Lead and supervise the Marketing, Executive, and Sales Lead Generation teams.
  • Manage and improve lead generation activities from various marketing channels.
  • Qualify sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, especially outside the Philippines.
  • Prepare and present company proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
  • Negotiate contract terms and coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, project coordination, and client commitments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Gather customer feedback, competitor information, and market insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and improve sales processes, workflows, and business development policies.
  • Assist management in pricing, rate proposals, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Train, guide, and support team members while preparing regular sales and business development reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 yrs Experience as a Sales Lead or related position
  • Bachelor's graduate of Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Communication negotiation skills, and must have management experience.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in the IT industry.
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Must know about Company profiling/employer branding.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
