We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager specializing in Housekeeping and Managed Facility Services. This role is designed for a strategic leader who understands that cleanliness and maintenance are critical to the operational success of large-scale institutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Networking & Business Development
Leverage existing networks to pitch comprehensive housekeeping and janitorial solutions to hospitals, schools, manufacturing plants, etc.
2. Sales Leadership & Service Excellence
Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to the final handover to the operations team.
3. Conduct site inspections and needs assessments to provide accurate service quotes and labor requirements.
4. Account Management
Ensure client retention by conducting regular Quality of Service reviews with key accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Extensive experience in B2B sales, specifically within the service industry or facility management. Must have a proven track record of closing high-value service contracts.
Network: Must possess a wide, active network of contacts within but not limited to Hospitals, Schools/Universities, Manufacturing
Skills: Excellent bidding and proposal writing skills; deep understanding of labor costs and service margins.
