What You'll Be Doing

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations
• Lead, motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, operational standards, and all company policies, procedures, and service protocols across the outlet
• Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory, and ERP-related tasks
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager

• Prior supervisory or management experience in F&B or hospitality
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, customer-focused, and a good team motivator
