Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at Chowking C. Raymundo Pasig bustling dining venue, ensuring customer satisfaction in the Food & Beverages sector.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and health & safety.
  • Handle inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.
  • Act as liaison between the staff and management to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, although candidates with less than 1 year of experience but strong leadership potential will be considered.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Operations and Inventory Management, adept in Restaurant Management systems, strong computer literacy, adept at Documentation, and proven ability in Cost Management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff schedules, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory levels, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment within the restaurant premises, requiring flexibility with shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: The ideal candidate is Trustworthy, has excellent communication and leadership skills, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for the food service industry.
