Develop and implement a facility management program, which includes but not limited to preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements of building facilities and engineering equipment.
Conduct, monitor, document regular facilities & engineering equipment inspection and formulate recommendation including budget when necessary.
Over-all supervision of the building maintenance.
Participate in evaluating quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers related to building maintenance. Calculate and compare costs to maximize cost-effectiveness.
Manage and develop Building Facility & Maintenance staff.
Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
Ensures compliance to local and national building codes and other regulatory agencies concerning fire, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, occupancy and other related permits.
Act as Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer.
Regularly report to the management on the status of the building, utilities and services. Proactively elevate critical issues and propose solutions when needed.
Assist in administering the leases between landlord/tenants.
May from time-to-time travel & visit other Pioneer Branches in Mindanao as the requirement arises.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering (electrical/mechanical/civil) course or its equivalent
With at least 5 years work experience in facilities management
Experienced in vendor and contract management
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
