Lead and oversee all the staff and their projects.
Plan and develop the project data.
Monitor progress of the projects and set deadlines.
Solve issues that arise in every project.
Manage project budget and cash flow.
Ensures client satisfaction.
Evaluation project performance.
Report project status to PM/Department Head.
Train & guide all Project Engineers.
Arrange and preside regular meeting of Engineering department.
Recommends new ideas and systems procedure that maybe adopted for the improvement of department.

Qualification

Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
License Electrical Engineer
With at least 8 - 13 years working experience as project engineer
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organized and able to work under pressure
Team player and goal-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures in a construction site.
Knowledgeable in computer aided design and other software.
Decision making ability and leadership skills.
Knowledgeable in using basic electrical test equipment.
