  • Lead and oversee all the staff and their projects.
  • Plan and develop the project data.
  • Monitor progress of the projects and set deadlines.
  • Solve issues that arise in every project.
  • Manage project budget and cash flow.
  • Ensures client satisfaction.
  • Evaluation project performance.
  • Report project status to PM/Department Head.
  • Train & guide all Project Engineers.
  • Arrange and preside regular meeting of Engineering department.
  • Recommends new ideas and systems procedure that maybe adopted for the improvement of department.

Qualification

  • Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering
  • License Electrical Engineer
  • With at least 8 - 13 years working experience as project engineer
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work under pressure
  • Team player and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures in a construction site.
  • Knowledgeable in computer aided design and other software.
  • Decision making ability and leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable in using basic electrical test equipment.
