Your Role, Your Impact
The Assistant Project Manager provides on-ground and administrative support to the Finishing Lead in the execution, monitoring, and documentation of all finishing-related works for residential, parking, and common areas. This role ensures timely coordination, verification, and reporting of tasks needed to meet turnover, safety, and quality requirements of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and track all units and parking spaces under the 1-year units warranty period
- Coordinate with Buyer Turnover Site Team and Property Management Department Site Team - Asset Handling to address units with manifestation.
- Monitor and safekeep unit keys during unit rectification and transmit them after the repair of the units.
- Coordinate with Buyer Turnover Site Team to address punch list items by Owner (POE) identified during turnover process.
- Liaise with relevant departments (e.g., Engineering, Construction, PMD and BT) for resolution of concern slips that fall within 1-year warranty period reckoned from the 1st FA recorded of units through QTOP.
- Work closely with assigned contractors and project teams to ensure warranty period repairs and punch list items are addressed promptly and properly
- Inspect units and parking spaces after repairs or rectifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Process unit/parking rectification thru Job Order Portal for contractor's subject for augmentation.
- Manage the warranty budget and ensure cost - effective allocation of/and resources for repairs and services are within the allocated budget.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate of any Engineering or Architecture course
- PRC license is an advantage
- Preferably with at least 5 years of extensive work experience in property management, construction, or warranty management
- With at least 5 year in supervisory role and/or related to construction engineering
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and warranty protocols
- With excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in Park Residences or Turf Residences
