Assistant Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IBS project implementation, including designs, RF plans, BOQ/BOM, materials, schedules, and site progress.
• Coordinate installation, integration, optimization, RF testing, and project acceptance.
• Manage communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve project concerns.
• Identify and address technical issues, project risks, material shortages, and implementation delays.
• Ensure timely project completion, acceptance, and close-out, including required reports, as-built drawings, test results, and turnover documents.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 3 years of work experience in telecommunications, IBS/DAS, wireless network deployment and at least 5 years of project management experience;

3. Experience in project portfolio management is preferred, and a PMP certificate is preferred;

4. Proven experience in coordinating directly with clients, including handling technical discussions, clarifications, project updates, site requirements, concerns, and deliverables.

5. Experience in coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, site engineers, RF/design teams, and other project stakeholders.

6. Knowledge of GSM, LTE, 5G, DAS/IBS, RF systems, antennas, RRU/PRRU, RHUB, BBU, POI, and passive/active IBS equipment.

7. Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple sites/projects, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
