Your Role, Your Impact
- Organize, monitor, and support the day-to-day operations of assigned project clusters or areas.
- Ensure worksheets, deliverables, and project timelines are properly executed and aligned with overall project objectives.
- Coordinate with project teams, department leads, and management to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
- Prepare, consolidate, and maintain reports, project documentation, and operational records to support decision-making.
Reports to: PCMU Segment Coordination Lead
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the precision, accuracy, and completeness of data included in submitted reports, aligning all information with source documents.
- Submit reports on or before established deadlines and maintain compliance with reporting schedules.
- Track and monitor weekly project progress and closeout activities across multiple project sites.
- Define update timelines, reporting schedules, and submission protocols for project teams.
- Maintain centralized repositories, logs, and databases for project documents, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and readily accessible.
- Consolidate and analyze technical and operational data to generate reports and insights that support project and management decisions.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve project objectives and address project challenges proactively.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination, technical services, engineering support, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, QA/QC standards, and project documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, and similar project monitoring tools.
- Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret technical and operational data for effective decision-making.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
