Role Description The Assistant Production Planner – Garments is a full-time, on-site role based in CABUYAO, LAGUNA. This role supports the production planning team by preparing and updating production schedules, coordinating with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments, and monitoring work-in-progress to meet delivery timelines. The Assistant Production Planner tracks material availability, assists in capacity planning, and helps identify potential bottlenecks or delays. Daily responsibilities include data entry and maintenance of planning records, generating basic production reports, and communicating updates to supervisors and relevant stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring adherence to production standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with quality and warehouse teams to keep garment production on track.

• Candidates should possess strong planning and analytical skills to organize workloads, interpret data, and anticipate production issues.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and reporting to supervisors.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing workflows.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for scheduling and reporting, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in CABUYAO, collaborate in a team setting, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in production planning, apparel manufacturing, or industrial operations is preferred; a degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is an advantage.
