Assistant Production Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES

Your responsibilities include streamlining the manufacturing process to optimize performance and identify bottlenecks in the production. You will supervise workers and the operation of equipment. Your duties also involve employee safety requirements for manufacturing positions.

You are also responsible for the planning and execution of daily production jobs process and problem solving.

Monitoring quality standards, Keep production costs to the minmium, avoid high wastages and provide good administrative support and communication, to ensure quality goods are delivered on time to customers

SKILLS SETS

- Have experience and proven leadership skills and can Team Lead preferably in the printing industries.

- You will need to meet and negotiate with regular material and equipment suppliers on pricing for new material needed for projects requirements whenever necessary

- You are to ensure proper maintainence and upkeep of all equipments,

- You must possess a good mindset for Group Team Work
