Role Description The Assistant Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role supports the end-to-end management of assigned personal care brands, including assisting in product planning, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management. The Assistant Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and R&D to execute campaigns, manage product launches, and monitor inventory and production requirements. Responsibilities include tracking brand performance, analyzing market and consumer data, and preparing regular reports and presentations to guide business decisions. The role also involves coordinating with external partners and agencies for promotions, digital initiatives, and in-store activities, while ensuring that all brand communications are consistent with the company's identity and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in brand and product management, including experience or coursework in marketing strategy, product lifecycle, and consumer insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret market research, sales data, and performance metrics to support decisions.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging external partners or agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; prior experience in FMCG, personal care, or pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and consumer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms is a plus.
