  • Lead brand strategy and product planning for the cosmetics division
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Manage end-to-end product development from concept to execution
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to guide decisions
  • Collaborate with R&D, creative, and operations teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in brand management or product development
  • Background in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industries
  • Strong marketing instincts and comfortable working with data and numbers
  • Experience in product development for haircare or personal care is preferred
