In this role, you will be the driving force behind our cosmetic and personal care portfolio, bridging the gap between creative vision and commercial success.
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will take full ownership of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for our cosmetics and personal care lines. From spotting the next it trend in the beauty world to overseeing the final launch on the retail floor, you will ensure our products remain competitive, innovative, and deeply resonant with our consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing long-term brand strategies and product roadmaps for the cosmetics category.
- End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire journey of a product, including conceptualization, development, market launch, and post-launch evaluation.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on beauty trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, R&D, and Creative teams to ensure product specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data and inventory levels to optimize product assortments and recommend marketing interventions.
- Marketing & Promotion: Support the Brand Manager in crafting compelling stories and campaigns that highlight product USPs and drive foot traffic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management or brand marketing, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- A genuine passion for cosmetics and personal care and a keen eye for aesthetic trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
