Bring Innovation to Life from Concept to Launch
As the Assistant Product Development Manager for Lighting Category, you will support the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, run market research, manage timelines, and ensure we deliver innovative, high-quality products that hit the mark for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Own product development projects from start to finish—ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and continuous performance tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and teams to gather requirements and drive successful product launches.
- Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless, long-term collaboration.
What You Need To Succeed
- Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, paired with at least 5 years of experience in product development with a proven track record.
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: An analytical mindset to interpret data for product insights, a strong ability to grasp complex technical features quickly, and proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Project & Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial & Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills (especially regarding pricing) combined with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to collaborate at all levels.
- Mindset: A highly collaborative, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach to delivering exceptional experiences.
