Assistant Procurement Manager

About the role

The Assistant Procurement Manager leads contractor sourcing, tender management, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract award recommendations, and post-award contract administration while ensuring compliance with ATI policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement, contract administration, and other responsibilities for assigned civil projects, particularly high-value and strategic tenders.
• Work closely with project, finance, legal, and operational teams to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes, manage contractual risks, and support successful project delivery

Qualities, Skills and Experience

• Graduate of Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
• With 5-10 years experience in procurement, quantity surveying, and contracts management
• With experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial projects and in handling FIDIC contracts or equivalent international construction contract forms
• With good organization, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office
