Assistant Outlet Manager

Seda Manila Bay is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of our All Day Dining Restaurant and Bar. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure excellent service standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.
• Support revenue goals through effective cost control, inventory management, and upselling initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hotel brand standards.
• Coordinate with Culinary and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, guest service, and team management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and operational reporting.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
