Platform management: Oversee the functionality and performance of our online platforms, ensuring they run efficiently and align with business objectives.
Technical collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements for our online presence.
Performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance to senior management.
Continuous improvement: Identify and address opportunities for improvement within existing operational workflows and systems.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any course.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an Operations Management role, preferably within a tech-driven or online-focused environment.
Experience with and understanding of online platforms and systems.
Familiarity with web programming concepts, including XML and HTML.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
