ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support our growing operations function. This role focuses on workflow oversight, reporting, SOP maintenance, CRM management, and people support through regular check-ins and process alignment.
TARGETS & PERFORMANCETimely completion of weekly and end-of-month operations reports
Consistent adherence to SOPs across teams
Accurate and up-to-date records in Bitrix CRM
Smooth execution of operational workflows with minimal blockers
Proactive identification and resolution of operational gaps
Strong internal stakeholder satisfaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and workflows
Assist with operational audits to confirm teams are following established SOPs
Create, update, and maintain SOPs as processes evolve
Prepare weekly and end-of-month operations reports
Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to monitor performance and provide support
Oversee and maintain accuracy within the Bitrix CRM
Support automation and forecasting initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment
Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate risks or blockers
QUALIFICATIONS12+ years of experience in operations, process management, or a related role
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Clear and professional communication skills
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
NICE TO HAVEExperience supporting operations in startups or fast-growing teams
Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Bitrix
Experience with SOP creation and process documentation
Exposure to automation or forecasting workflows
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
