This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Nurse Manager at The Medical City in Clark, Pampanga. The Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee nursing management, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, supervise staff, and ensure high standards in patient care. This role involves critical care medicine, administering treatments, and managing nursing resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nursing Management and Nursing skills
• Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• Strong patient care skills
• Leadership and team coordination abilities Clear draft
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• With a minimum of 5 years related clinical experience
• Preferably with minimum of 18 units in Master of Arts in Nursing
