Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or team coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Experience preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Support the MPCD Manager in daily departmental operations and coordination
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Track project timelines, action items, and operational deadlines
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance-related files
Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and interdepartmental communication
Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow standardization
Monitor key performance indicators and compile status updates
Support audits, reviews, and internal control activities
