Job Description
Assistant Manger, Utilization Management
- Deliver trend analysis, comprehensive utilization reviews, and data-driven program impact assessments to inform strategic decisions.
- Act as a liaison to Sales teams, maintaining a strong and productive working relationship for the fulfillment of client and internal stakeholder requirements.
- Support the forecasting of medical utilization costs (MUC) and develop key cost containment metrics to ensure financial efficiency for the client account.
- Own the development and maintenance of stakeholder dashboards, tracking key utilization metrics.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to execute targeted studies and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, Information Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, market research, consulting, or a related field. Experience in the Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, FMCG industries or any related industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Power BI or a similar data visualization and analysis tool.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis is highly advantageous.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations as well engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skill in managing timelines to ensure the timely delivery of reports and projects.
