We are currently looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Manager (AM level) to lead high-impact initiatives that drive company growth and operational efficiency. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end project execution, fostering strategic partnerships, and collaborating with key departments to deliver results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and able to navigate complex projects while working closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and lead special projects with cross-functional teams for successful execution
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, leading negotiations and fostering partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments such as Strategy, Marketing, and Operations to achieve project goals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet objectives through effective project management
- Contribute to company growth strategies by identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Head of Special Projects, manage day-to-day program activities, and oversee key actions.
