Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Marketing to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our HRIS software solutions. This role involves developing strategic marketing plans, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting product positioning within the HR tech industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote PeoplesHR product and services.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop compelling B2B content including blogs, articles, case studies, videos, brochures, and presentations.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for visual content, UI/UX assets, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns for lead acquisition and nurturing.
  • Work with the sales team to support pipeline activities with relevant content and materials.
  • Organize webinars, product demos, workshops, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, industry networks, and external agencies.
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements for future campaigns and strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, IT, or a related field.
    • Professional qualifications in Digital Marketing (added advantage).
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, IT, or HR tech.
    • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
