Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage special projects focused on revenue growth and business expansion
- Identify and support development of new business opportunities, partnerships, and programs
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned initiatives (planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting)
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and project updates for management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency, revenue, and operational performance
- Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in project management, business operations, partnerships, strategy, or related roles
- Background in business development and revenue growth is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
