Job Description

We're hiring an Assistant Manager – Operations (Retention) to lead a team of Customer Success Managers supporting SaaS retention and renewals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of CSMs
  • Drive retention, adoption, and renewal strategies
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage, and triggers
  • Improve workflows and team performance
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

  • College graduate
  • 5–6 years relevant experience (Customer Success/Retention)
  • 2–3 years in Team Lead/AM role
  • Preferably with SaaS background
  • Experience with tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, Planhat
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Work Setup

  • Onsite: Alabang
  • Night Shift
