Job Description

About the Role

Join our team to help create safe, well-maintained and welcoming spaces for everyone. You will oversee daily building operations, work closely with clients and service partners, and support a collaborative site team in delivering reliable facilities and property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily building operations, maintenance and service delivery to meet agreed standards and client requirements.

  • Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and improvement works for building systems and facilities.

  • Monitor the performance of contractors and service providers, including cleaning, security, landscaping and maintenance teams.

  • Conduct regular inspections, follow up on service issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

  • Support compliance with applicable safety requirements, statutory obligations and site procedures.

  • Manage budgets, expenditure, procurement and service contracts, ensuring appropriate cost control.

  • Build positive relationships with clients, occupants and stakeholders, responding to feedback with care and professionalism.

  • Guide and support the site team, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing and respectful communication.

  • Prepare operational reports, maintenance records and recommendations for service improvements.

  • Support emergency preparedness, incident response, sustainability initiatives and improvements to the occupant experience.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property Management, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • 3 - 8 years of experience in facilities, building or property management, with the ability to coordinate site operations and service providers.

  • Possess Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification with at least 3 years of experience in FSM

  • Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, contract administration and safety practices.

  • Familiarity with government procurement procedures and payment processes.

  • Clear communication, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to resolving issues.

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.

  • Ability to travel between multiple assigned sites.


Employment Type: 2 -year contract (renewable/convertible) with benefits
