SUMMARY
Our Assistant Manager, Learning Technologies & Systems is a strong support in handling the organization's learning experience platform with key background on advance learning technology designs, system processes and managing the local learning helpdesk in order to achieve a seamless day-to-day system operations and as a result, deliver a unique end-user online learning experience
ROLE
Partnering with Learning Technologies Manager in the implementation of system design, technology update and learning content innovations and enhancements to support the continuous improvement of end user online learning experience
Creating different innovation design materials (creatives), reference guides and relevant learning communication tools for proper employee/end-user dissemination thru various communication channels
Regularly collaborating with a variety of System Administrators in ensuring all learning contents are properly reviewed and prepared in the LMS prior implementation (i.e., Cornerstone)
Managing the internal helpdesk to timely address, investigate and resolve employee issues and concerns encountered in the learning experience platform
