Are you a seasoned Inpatient Medical Coding Leader ready to make a bigger impact We're looking for an experienced Inpatient Coding Supervisor/Manager to lead high-performing coding teams, drive coding accuracy, ensure compliance, and champion operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of Inpatient Coding experience
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Expertise in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, DRG validation, and coding audits
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation improvement and compliance
• Active CCS, CIC, or CPC certification required
