Job Summary
We're looking for an HR Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, employee and labor relations, as well as HR analytics and digitalization initiatives.
You will play a vital role in enhancing HR operations, improving employee experience, and supporting organizational growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building efficient HR processes and people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support organizational planning
- Support talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and recommend improvements
- Handle employee concerns related to engagement, workplace experience, and general HR matters
- Manage employee and labor relations, including grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., recruitment, turnover, engagement, performance) to provide actionable insights
- Support HR digitalization efforts, including process improvements, system implementation, and analytics tools
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and dashboards while ensuring data privacy and confidentiality
- Identify training needs and support the development and implementation of learning and development programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and manage relationships with external training providers
- Monitor HR budgets, including recruitment, training, and engagement costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization
- Support financial planning, cost tracking, and process improvements within HR operations
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist handling recruitment, employee engagement, labor relations, and learning & development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and presentation abilities
- Experience with HRIS or data management systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
