Role Description

The Assistant Manager for Human Resources plays a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, implementing HR policies, driving recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, and facilitating training and employee development programs. The role also involves ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, maintaining HR records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Skills in employee engagement, training facilitation, and performance management
  • Competence in HR systems, data management, and reporting
  • Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR leadership or supervisory roles
  • Certifications in HR-related fields (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) are an advantage
