Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources will support the HR function in managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will handle day-to-day HR operations such as maintaining employee records, coordinating training and development activities, administering benefits, and assisting with payroll-related documentation in close collaboration with relevant teams. The Assistant Manager will help implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture aligned with Casa Bella's values. The role will also involve supporting HR reporting, handling employee inquiries, and assisting in organizing company events and initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, compliance standards, and basic payroll and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HR-related software, MS Office tools, and data management for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
