Role Description

Blue Star Entertainment is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for Human Resources, based on-site at our Makati office. The role involves managing recruitment processes, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies. Additional responsibilities include supporting employee relations, performance management, and conducting training programs aimed at fostering professional growth and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Experience in recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to organize and conduct training programs, as well as support performance management initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively across teams in an office environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in the entertainment industry or with MCNs is an advantage.
