The HR Employee Services Operations Head is a senior-level professional responsible for managing the daily operations of the HRES Department. This role acts as a bridge between management, clients, and HR staff, ensuring that all people-related strategies align with the company's goals. The HRES Operations Head is responsible for mentoring team members, improving office workflows, and fostering a positive work environment through clear communication and effective leadership.
- Leads, coaches, and evaluates the performance of HR team members.
- Delegates daily tasks effectively and provides regular feedback to ensure the team meets departmental targets (KPIs).
- Manages the execution of core HR projects, including recruitment drives, training sessions, and performance reviews. Ensures all administrative workflows are accurate and processed on schedule.
- Oversees the creation and enforcement of the Employee Handbook. Ensures all HR policies reflect ethical standards and compliance with local labor laws.
- Provides solution-oriented guidance on complex employee issues.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and employees regarding workplace conflicts and people management.
- Leads initiatives to simplify HR workflows. Identifies opportunities for automation and the use of HR technology (HRIS, ATS) to reduce manual work and improve the employee experience.
- Plays the leading role in supportive activities to companies for day to day administration of policies and programs covering all HR functions including:
- Compensation and Benefits
- Learning Operations and Development
- Employee Engagement/Events Management
- Performance Management
- Data Management
- Partners with other departments to understand their staffing needs and implement programs that promote cross-functional teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of overall HR experience, with least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to motivate a team, delegate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Expert in Excel), and familiarity with AI tools for recruitment or data analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must maintain high objectivity and handle confidential information with extreme integrity, even in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, empathy, and a people-first approach to HR service.
- Willing to work hybrid in Taguig City.
