Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with invested entities under Global Terminal Management to review operating and financial performance
- Assist in monitoring operational KPIs, identifying, and analyzing performance gaps
- Prepare and present regular updates on entities performance, related projects and key discussions
- Review companies annual budget including capital expenditure plans and assist to obtain Management approvals
- Analyse budget and actual financial performance of invested entities
- Manage day-to-day corporate administrative operations and oversee key shareholder-related matters
- Collaborate across departments to manage various initiatives and support in projects or ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or any related field
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in group company management within the shipping industry
- Strong knowledge in financial statement analysis, budgeting and performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive team player with experience working in a multicultural organisation
- Intermediate software proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Vlookup, Waterfall Chart) and google workspace
