Assistant Manager, Fund Accounting

What You Will Do:

• Prepare/review and deliver seamless fund administration services.
• Handle back-office accounting for venture capital and private equity funds, including fund transactions, fund-level financial statements, capital calls, distribution, K1, K3 filings, Partner's capital, carried interest (waterfall calculation), management fees, and parallel run.
• Prepare/review various reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
• Engage in continuous learning and development within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in audit, fund accounting, and fund administration, preferably in venture capital or private equity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
