About The Job
This high-visibility role bridges technical reporting with executive storytelling. You will transform complex IFRS 17 and Value of New Business (VNB) data into actionable commercial commentaries for regional management.
- Translate IFRS 17 metrics, VNB, and financial trends into executive-level performance reports.
- Lead KPI tracking, annual planning cycles, and financial evaluation of growth initiatives.
- Coordinate reporting deliverables for regional headquarters and regulatory bodies (e.g., MAS, LIA, etc.).
- Drive process enhancements and automation across FP&A workflows
- Degree in Accountancy, Actuarial Science, Finance, or equivalent; CPA/CA/Actuarial qualification preferred.
- At least 3-5 years experience in insurance FP&A, Big 4 insurance audit, or actuarial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 17 and/or VNB metrics.
- Proven ability to write concise, qualitative business commentaries for senior stakeholders.
