Job Description
The Site Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for:
- Effectively planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the warehousing operations for raw, packaging materials, and spare parts.
- Directs and controls the activities in the area to assure the smooth flow of warehousing operations.
- Collaborates with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and Service Providers to ensure that all warehouse cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities are.
- Monitors the ageing of stocks on hand and flags aging/about-to-expire stocks for proper and timely disposition.
- Ensures the implementation of the prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials at all times.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related courses, with exposure to Operations Management.
- At least with five (5) years of supervisory work experience in operations, preferably involved in inventory management/warehousing operations.
- Must have strong leadership skills, a high level of integrity, good interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization, effective communication skills, sound decision-making, and a high level of stress tolerance.
- Must be residing or has relatives in Guinsay, Danao City Cebu or nearby municipalities.
