Assistant Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day sales transactions in Tally with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring correct GST ledger mapping.
• Maintain and reconcile B2B and marketplace sales records against Tally and GSTR-1 filings.
• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly, with strong understanding of sales/outward supply reporting.
• Review and verify sales invoices, coordinating with internal stakeholders for approvals.
• Reconcile customer and marketplace receivables, track collections, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documents in line with internal controls.
• Support GST compliance, statutory filings, audits, and financial reporting.
• Assist in monthly FP&A activities — variance analysis, MIS reports, and cash flow inputs.
• Contribute to month-end closing and help improve finance processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in finance, accounting, and financial statements.
• Experience in financial reporting — MIS, variance analysis, audit support.
• Hands-on experience with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing and sales-side reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• CA freshers.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tally (sales entries, ledger reconciliation); retail/e-commerce finance experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
