Anytime Cleaners Corporation is a professional cleaning services and manpower agency in the Philippines, founded in 2019. The company provides commercial and residential cleaning, janitorial staffing, merchandisers, and corporate support personnel across Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Cebu, and Lipa City.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting to oversee and support the company's accounting and financial operations.
The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting knowledge, experience across multiple accounting functions, and solid experience in financial statement preparation and analysis. CPA candidates are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Manage and review general accounting activities
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and/or review financial statements and supporting schedules
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform and review account and bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate recording and classification of transactions
- Assist with tax and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders
- Review accounting reports and identify discrepancies
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Supervise, review, and provide guidance to accounting staff
- Perform other finance and accounting functions as required
Qualifications
- CPA is highly preferred / required
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong experience across multiple facets of accounting
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle
- Experience in general accounting, AP, AR, reconciliations, closing, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax requirements
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
