Job Title: Assistant Manager Business Support

Role Overview
The Assistant Manager Business Support will oversee the Executive Assistant (EA) and Senior Leadership Support (SLS) team to ensure high-quality administrative and operational support for senior leadership. The role focuses on team supervision, workflow coordination, stakeholder management, and improving business support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the EA and SLS team, providing daily guidance and performance feedback.
- Coordinate diary management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expense management.
- Allocate workloads, manage team resources, and ensure smooth coverage during absences.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, WIP reporting, timesheets, and administrative documentation.
- Build strong relationships with Partners, Directors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support adoption of new tools and systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and operational standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft 365.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 35 years of experience in executive or business support roles.
