We're hiring an Assistant Manager – Operations (Retention) to lead a team of Customer Success Managers supporting SaaS retention and renewals.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of CSMs
- Drive retention, adoption, and renewal strategies
- Monitor customer health scores, usage, and triggers
- Improve workflows and team performance
- Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
- College graduate
- 5–6 years relevant experience (Customer Success/Retention)
- 2–3 years in Team Lead/AM role
- Preferably with SaaS background
- Experience with tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, Planhat
- Strong communication and analytical skills
